How much does shipping cost?
Currently we offer standard shipping to the 50 US States at rates based upon your order weight. We wish we could offer flat rate or even free shipping, but as we're a very small business (a kobold, a goblin, and a cat to be precise), we've decided to prioritize offering the best prices and art we can to you! Special charges may apply if you would prefer we use a different shipping carrier.
How long will my order take?
For Normal Resin Figures: Most of our resin figures are printed on demand when ordered, and can take some processing time. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to print and pack your resin order (except for customs, see below), at which time you'll be sent a tracking number for your package. In most cases we should have your order ready in a week or less, but as we are a very small business of only two people, depending on volume sometimes that is unfortunately impossible. Thank you for your understanding!
For Custom Resin Figures: Custom orders and commissions can vary greatly in the time to design, print, prepare, and ship, but please assume a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks of time for most custom orders to be shipped, at which time you will be sent a tracking number for your package. Depending on the scope of your commission of course the time to complete may vary from these numbers; when we are discussing and begin working on your commission, we will provide you with our best estimates and keep you updated on the order's progress.
For all other items: As we are a very small business, please allow for up to 2 weeks for us to process and pack your order. Where do you ship to?
At this time we typically ship to the 50 US states, but are working on getting international shipping up and running on the website! Send us an email if you're from out of the US and would like a shipping quote, we may be able to ship to you!
What services do you use?
We ship through USPS and UPS depending on the rates, typically USPS First Class or Priority. Please reach out BEFORE you place your order if you would like to see a quote for a different carrier! Additional charges may apply.
What happens if my item breaks en route?
We pack our orders securely to prevent breakage, but sometimes things happen in the mail. While we can't control what happens once it enters the postal system, we do our best to package things in a way to make sure your items travel securely. If there are any breakages or issues from the shipping process, please reach out and we will do our best to help make things right.
How can I return/refund my item?
We truly believe in our work, and hope it will be exactly what you're looking for! But we understand that mistakes happen, and want to make sure you have the best experience possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please feel free to reach out and email us at [email protected] for a return label within 20 days of the postal service marking the order as delivered. Once the item has arrived back at our location, we will gladly issue you a refund for your order less any shipping charges.
We are unfortunately unable to accept returns on used or broken items, or items purchased on sale or clearance at this time.
